FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS WITHIN THE USA OVER $100
Generally, once your order is placed, it will take 1-3 business days to ship via standard shipping.
All our handcrafted accessories are made to order and carefully packaged securely for transit.
Orders will ship out within 1-3 days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative shipping method.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Dainty Paws cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.
Please note that Dainty Paws is not responsible for any Duties, customs fees, or any other international charges or fees incurred by the shipping companies. We have no control over what they charge for international charges, and this is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns, Exchanges & Resizing Policy
At Dainty Paws, every item is lovingly handmade to order. Because each piece is custom made, we do not accept returns. To continue offering personalized designs and handcrafted quality, all sales are considered final. We are happy to offer size exchanges within 10 days of delivery. Items must be new, unworn, and returned with all original tags attached.

A $5.00 resizing fee per item (if applicable)
If the exchanged item has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To request an exchange, please email info@daintypawsco.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your order or invoice number in the subject line so we can assist you as quickly as possible. We recommend using our Size Guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit for your dog or cat. If you have any sizing questions, we’re always happy to help before you order.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Please use “DAMAGED” in the subject line and email us at info@daintypawsco.com. We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
