FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS WITHIN THE USA OVER $60 ​

 

Generally from the time your order is placed it will take 1-3 business days to ship the product via standard shipping.

 

All our handcrafted accessories are made to order and carefully packaged securely during transit. 

Orders will ship out within 1-3 days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative shipping method.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Dainty Paws cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.

Please note that Dainty Paws is not responsible for any Duties, Cutom Fees or any other international charges or fees incurded by the shipping companies we have no control over what they charge for international charges and this is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

At Dainty Paws all our orders are carefully handmade to order for you, In order to be able to provide all of the custom-made options and ship them within our time frame, we can not accept returns on any of our collections but we do offer exchanges.  Items returned for an exchange must be new and unworn with all tags attached, and returned within 10 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for returning the item back via your preferred shipping method, this is non-refundable.

We do offer a resizing option if the item did not fit, the alteration charge is $5.00 per item plus and difference in price.  If the new item is less the difference will be refunded.

Damaged Product (If applicable)

​If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment please contact us and send images of the damaged item(s) on the subject line please write "DAMAGED  and email us at info@daintypawsco.com we will respond within 2 business days.
